Paul Mahoney is a civil trial lawyer who focuses his practice on medical and insurance litigation. He represents people and families who have been harmed by medical errors, with special emphasis on the needs of children. He also represents policyholders in disputes with insurance companies. He is admitted to practice in the Colorado state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. He is a member of both the American Association for Justice and the Colorado Trial Lawyers' Association.
Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children (including a set of twins). His hobbies include lacrosse, hockey, skiing, and tennis.
